New: Irregular Crates label

We’ve decided to take the plunge and set up an Irregular Crates label to run alongside our blog!
We will curate it with exactly the kind of musical unpredictability you’d expect to stumble across in our posts and we can also promise that releases will be irregular

We are not only announcing our new label but our first project too:

We are now asking for submissions of samples and sounds  from basically anyone who’d like to get involved and appear on a record.

The plan is to get as many samples and sounds in as possible – they can be recordings of acoustic instruments, vocals, electronic experiments, drones, percussion, beats, effects, field recordings or basically anything audible. These will be assembled into our very first release by an anonymous producer or two and then released digitally via our new Bandcamp page.

Everyone involved will get a credit and a link on the release page and our site
