William Ryan Fritch – Music For Film Vol. 1
Anyone that’s been keeping their ears open to the modern ‘ambient’ music scene, or rather electro-acoustic, modern classical or soundtrack genres will likely have come across the work of American artist William Ryan Fritch. He has also recorded material under the pseudonym Vieo Abiungo with releases on Lost Tribe Sound to name but a few…
Here we have a 30 track collection of Fritch’s work for films, commercials and documentaries and whilst the sheer number of tracks can seem a daunting task to get stuck into. We can assure you that with it clocking in at just over 1 hour, this record is a seamless blend of some of Fritch’s finest work. Despite the work not having all been created for one specific film, dare I say the obvious, that it almost seems as this album was meant to be, as if it were created for one, effortlessly beautiful film…
You quite simply won’t hear anything quite so beautiful this year, and beyond – highly recommended.
